There's a person that goes by the name of Theseus. He's a persistent vigilante that is known to be quite a hassle for heroes, always managing to slip away from their sights into the shadows. Tommy is not that well known, though. Instead, he works at a restaurant and befriends anyone that crosses his path. He is a cheery, unusual person that is oddly secretive. He doesn't ever mention what he does out of work, but he still manages to pull people in. He keeps his home life and work life completely separate from each other, never allowing the two parallel lines to touch. So people wouldn't know that he runs around at night illegally, picking fights with criminals and dodging heroes chasing after him. They wouldn't know of his backstory, or his two best friends he considers family. They also wouldn't have a clue about his thirst to take down the villain Schlatt. Or about what the supervillain had done to make Tommy so vengeful. They wouldn't even dream of Tommy hunting for someone, but somehow, truth always manages to slip through the hands of logic.

The bond between family had never been stronger when it came to the Watson Family. Each played an important role and how they did it was completely up to them; usually ending in Murder. Dream and his precinct of officers all had one combined goal: arrest the Sleepy Boys. How or if they do it... no one knows. Phil doesn't go into the cities anymore. Once had been enough, and he doesn't have a death wish. He chooses only to watch them in the distance, or pass by them from time to time as he walks. The buildings loom in the distance, their once-shining rooftops now overgrown and dull with no one to take care of them. If you get close enough, you smell the stench of rot and death. It's a smell you can never get out of your nose, discovered one night after the initial wave where Phil tried desperately to scrub out his nose, sticking cloth and then even fingers as far up as he could to try and wash the smell out of his sinuses. It didn't work, and the smell has stayed with him since. He tries to look past it, look past the cities, and continue walking forward. That's what he attributes his survival to, really. The ability to look past everything, stare the dead in the eyes, and still walk on after he's shot them in the head. They were people once, but thinking about it too much makes his hands start to shake so Phil looks past it and walks on.

"I understand. You heard the place you loved was in trouble, so you came back, but I don't-I just-why didn't you take me?" Here it was, at last. Catharsis, or something close to it. "I would have hunted them down with you, Philza, the people who did that to your town. I would have given you your vengeance on a silver platter. I would have given you the world."
