She thought the world was against her and being loved just wasn't for her, until she met four boys determined to change that. (the writing in this is certainly not my best, just a heads up) warning: this book deals with triggering topics such as eating disorders, self-harm, and suicide. May be triggering. Touches upon subjects such as self harm and abuse. She struggled for too long. Never being good enough. Amy is a 16-year-old girl who was never able to live up to everyone's expectations. Especially her own. She had been finding ways too harm herself since she was 13 and moved in with her father. She tries so hard to be good enough and to overcome her struggles, but whispers of the past still threaten to pull her back. One call that she got over 3 years ago replays in her head every day. Telling her she can never fix her mistakes. That she could never be the daughter her mother deserved. She couldn't fix herself. Her strongest demon was one she couldn't escape. Her own father. Could she overcome her past (and present) or will it suffocate her? All rights reserved.

Alexa is just done. She can't take this life anymore. Her friends are turning on her and she just can't figure anything out. She has no one to talk to, so she takes to a cute little journal she got for her 13th birthday. Maybe writing her problems down will help fix them...maybe.
