There are two vigilantes who exist in the city that never sleeps. One acts as the dark crusader, striking fear into the criminals of Gotham with the bat shaped silhouette in the dead of night. Acknowledged as an ally to the Gotham City Police Department. The other...an anomaly. Leaving criminals tangled in what seem to be...spider webs? He constantly changes his appearances, seemingly adapting to weaknesses? The core descriptions stay the same however. Angular eyes, obviously some form of lenses of varying coloration and lighting levels. Some said his lenses would glow, others said they were just solid white but didn't glow. All stayed consistent on one thing though...a spider emblem on the chest of varying size. The current description seems to be a red and blue suit that has some glowing highlights that seems to do a large amount of tuings. Whoever this vigilante is, his movements are too sporadic and unpredictable for the GCPD to land a pattern on his movements. Now it's up to the Batman to try and crack the case of what people are calling the "Spider Man" and determine if he's a force to be trusted or not.

Nothing could have prepared Izuku for his first meeting with the Number 1 pro hero All Might. Being born quirkless in a society where 80% are blessed with quirk and the rest 20% are quirkless he was unlucky enough to be part of those small group. Rejection and humiliations was all Izuku knew from the age of 4 as everything he had wanted was stripped away from him, his friendship with his childhood friend had dwindled until it became a bully and victim relationship, people had low expectation of him due to being quirkless overall his life was not really good. His only saving grace was his kind mother Inko Midoriya, his youngest sister and his idol All Might but with the rejection of even All Might himself what could this world offer to him anymore. Although he might not become a Pro Hero like he had planned he will become something even greater as he will be hired to be part of a special task force called "Hunters" there main objective is to slay monster that threatened there way of life and ironically the quirkless had proven that there were not just some deadweight as they are the only ones capable of entering the dungeon. With the power of the system and Shadow Monarch he will rise to the top quickly becoming something far greater then even All Might himself as he will be recognized as a national hunter and along the way he will fall in love with a kind swordswoman.

Ten years before the manifestation of the first quirk, a glowing child from China, the world has undergone its first change. Gates opening into various dungeons led to the surfacing of the primordial type of people, called Awakened, or Hunters, the sole beings allowed to step foot into these monster-filled labyrinths. Now, years later, the existence of hunters has dwindled down with the sudden decrease of gates, only representing a meager ten percent of the world population and the spotlight falling on the up-and-coming young heroes. - 一 - As the sole remaining Monarch of the Chaos World, Sung Jin-Woo is the keeper of balance. Sort of. But with a gradually rising rate of boredom on his part, he grows tired and a tad ansty. So what's a poor Shadow Monarch to do after decades spent away?
