Alan thinks he's going to be spending all summer on his own, until his older brother's friend, Austin, finds a way into his life. Together, they begin a series of secret trips at night, when neither can sleep.

While there, he doesn’t plan for his car to get stolen by a devious ex. He doesn’t plan on having to follow smart-ass clues to get it back. He doesn’t plan on enlisting the help of a hurricane named Vic Fuentes. And Kellin certainly doesn’t plan on falling in love with him.

For years, Alan has been hiding his feelings for Austin. He loves him too much to risk messing it up. The way Alan sees it, he'd rather have Austin as just a friend than not have him in his life at all. For a while, ignoring his feelings works. Things are normal, well, as normal as life can be for a rock star. But when it's time to tour again, Alan finds it impossible to push away his feelings. All that he wants is to know what it's like to be loved. Will Austin be the one that finally shows him?

Sequel to the Kellic fic "A Friday Night Like This". After Kellin and Vic's honeymoon, and a potentially fatal trip to the emergency room of the hospital, the pair soon realise that there are more forces that they can count that are trying to break them apart. Will they stay strong or be grasped by the slippery hands of temptation? This will be all from Vic's point of view, unless specified.
