He was hurted badly in a battle between the Uchiha and Senju by his rival, only for him to sacrifice his Sharingan eyes to his older brother on death bed, and then dieing. But apparently the gods weren't satisfied with the way he lived. Now Izuna was stuck as Izuna Uzumaki, little SISTER of Naruto Uzumaki, who just happens to be the Jinshuriki of the nine tailed fox, out of all the people he could've been reincarnated as. But noticing his or rather her Aniki's outcast from the villagers, Izuna is forced to protect her new brother with all she's got, as well as try getting accustomed to her new life.
