The two happen to come across each other while Tomoya is disposing of a body in the ocean. Dabi's at first disturbed then impressed. When Tomoya's image isn't associated at all with the murder he obviously committed, Dabi get truly curious. But what he finds isn't what he's expecting. Some would call it a meat-cute, other would say it was nothing to lose your head over. (Love and murder, everyone's favorite passions!
