A serious branch x reader that doesn't have an over traumatized y/n? I'm in. Story will be in 2nd person, they/them pronouns will be used, and there will be little to no description of Y/N because I don't want to take away from anyone's imagination. And I WILL take it as seriously as possible. I'm also not going to make Y/N's backstory like crazy depressing, they won't have a specific back story. I'm trying to make it slow burn, but not too slow burn. I want to make sure I actually finish this book. I wrote the first four chapters before publishing and I'll go from there. Y/N is just a troll, with no genre label. I'm not very good at giving a description without spoiling anything :(

Once upon a time there were two trolls; Y/N and Poppy. They are sisters. Together with a grumpy troll named Branch, they saved the world. *hurray!* Poppy and Y/N became queens and shares the throne, Branch found his true colors and the three of them became best friends. And boom, that was that, pretty cute right? But what Poppy, Branch and Y/N didn't know is that their world was a lot bigger than they knew. Like a lot, lot, lot, lot, LOT bigger!

After three trolls invade country music, Poppy, Branch, Biggie and Mr. Dinkles, Y/N helps them escape the prison Delta Dawn put them in, Y/N and Hickory help them stop Queen Barb from stealing all music. But, Y/N's journey twists into a love story as she learns the meaning of what love is, and who she might feel for.

"Hello. My name is (Y/n) and I am a troll who's very different from the rest. I'm a gray troll, yes, but that's not the big secret here, I'm way different from others because I have two feathered wings that used to be big but they're small now (I can still fly with them though), I have a long tail with a fluffy tip, and I have horns on my head which I hide with my beanie. My twin sister Clover, well she's sorta like me, but she's pink with sunset hair (also on her tail) and orange eyes, has purple wings that are bigger than mine and has no horns. Although everyone sees me as another happy troll, Clover and her two friends, Aliki and Jenell, know the truth. They know I'm not truly happy, and that my colors aren't my REAL colors, but they try to make me happy. And unlike everyone else I don't sing or dance or hug as much. Well I do sing, I just don't want to sing in front of anyone and especially not as loud. Also I want to be friends with Branch.
