The only indication that the child is injured is a swollen, dark purple bruise around his eye with hints of sprinkled yellow patches. He makes a quick call for the ambulance, then gives him one last shake, seeing if he'll wake up. He doesn't stir. Aizawa scoops the kid up bridal style and sets off to hand him over to the paramedics. He won't fail another innocent child. Izuku Midoriya, a very special boy. He had a cat mutation quirk and another one called MPD. He had multiple people inside him and they were part of his family and became his siblings when tragedy struck. "Their" dad was killed by a villain two weeks into going to America for work and left them broke. "Their" mother tried her best to support "them" but in the end couldn't and gave "them" up for adoption. "They" end up adopted by a woman of the name Emi Fukukado who was the smile hero, Ms Joke. Although life proved to be hard with one of his personalities going mentally insane, Emi took care of "them" and even got "them" mental help. Thanks to training with Emi's boyfriend, Shota Aizawa he becomes very physically fit and has excellent control over his quirk. He gets recommended into UA and watches how his school life goes with his father figure as his homeroom teacher.

Aizawa had been struggling to gather information about a vigilante that had been dealing with crimes neglected by police. Little did he know, the vigilante had been making him coffee every morning. Aizawa discovered the vigilante wasn't as old as they had predicted and was undeniably living alone. With crime on the rise, the vigilante seemed to be injured every time they met.
