Normani and Lauren had it all planned out by the time they were 8 years old. They would be best friends through middle and high school, graduate with honors, and both attend the same school where they would be roommates all four years. Lauren would double major in English and Psychology and Normani would be a law student. They would both meet the loves of their lives in college and would be each other's maid of honor. Sequel to CC7

Things were going great. Fifth Harmony was blowing up with their debut album and tour. Lauren felt like things could only go up from this point. That's when she discovered that she was pregnant. Having to come to terms with that was one thing, but when more issues arise, she feels like everything is beginning to crumble, and one person is there to help put things back together.

When Normani is kicked out of her apartment for not paying her rent, her best friend, Dinah, lets her stay with her and her roommate, Lauren.
