So this is a lot different to what I'm used to. Basically, I suffer from anxiety and depression and I have some pretty serious anger issues. I feel like I have a very poetic mind, and when I get mad, sad, angry or anxious, I feel like words just start to flow in my mind. It's a soothing technique to write poems about how I feel, and it's easier than talking about it. Usually, I clam up and I don't like talking about my feelings, but I hope that doing this is easier.
