A story about Quackity and how he came to be. In a world where your wealth determines your importance. Quackity was born into a poor family, which he had to grow accustomed to quickly. By 10, he learned how to steal, break in, avoid detection, fight, and get off the grid. He supported his family, though it was never enough. They were still in debt to many, and life was still fucking him over. But living as a whole, was easy for him. Until it wasn't.

Tommy, who had been in and out of the foster system since he was 6, was told to get ready for another family meeting. To say he wasn't too fond of that was an understatement. He knew the routine, get adopted, get abused, get put back into the orphanage, repeat. But when this family of three is kind to him, what's gonna happen? How will he react?
