It was said before...dark times approach as the sun and the moon go by, and it was true. Everyone that could, as well as everyone that couldn't, were able to feel it somehow. That darkness felt like a knot in the throat, a tickle in the pit of the stomach, a shiver in the bones...and it felt closer. The Clone Wars continued to escalate and they seemed to have no end, our heroes grew tired everyday and wondered if this could be called "a life" anymore; their happiness seemed to last merely seconds, specially since the team no longer is what it once was. However, not everything is sadness, not everything is sorrow. There's also love, there's also happiness, and most importantly, there's hope. Hope that everything will get better, hope that there could be a bright future for the Galaxy and it's inhabitants. The questions that remained were if this light could defeat the darkness, if good could overcome evil, if people could remain happy, if love was really the strongest power, if angels could turn into demons and if those angels could defeat demons or if demons could turn back into angels. There's only one way to find out, by travelling through the second part of this story. We'll watch the Battle of the Heroes, we'll listen to the Duel of the Fates and we'll see if there's a New Hope. We'll see if good prevails or if it is defeated by the shadows once and for all. Anakin poursuit sa formation de Jedi auprès de son mentor : Obi-Wan Kenobi. Après la découverte du tombeau d'un antique Sith, les deux Jedis sont diligentés par le Conseil Jedi afin d'enquêter sur le meurtre de la fille du Roi Zaharcha. Des bas-fonds de la cité planète, de l'horizon des éventements d'un trou noir, d'un navire pirate jusqu'au désert du système de Cachin, nos deux héros vont être confrontés à la pire aberration du côté obscur. Accompagnés d'une équipe improvisée, les deux Jedis vont débusquer une menace encore plus grande. En Jeune Padawan qu'il est, Anakin va sortir de l'enfance par la porte sombre et entraîner avec lui tout un peuple vers une issue fatale : la guerre. Plongez avec Anakin dans les ténèbres du cœur. Les ténèbres engloutissaient l'espace, percées seulement par la lueur glaciale des étoiles lointaines. Dans le lieu de travail de Freyja, massive et menaçante, l'Étoile de la Mort dérivait dans le vide, silhouette sinistre d'une arme conçue pour briser l'espoir. Elle savait que c'était une folie. Personne n'avait jamais tenté de ramener Dark Vador à la lumière, et survécu pour le raconter. Mais elle devait essayer. Il y avait encore du bon en lui. I never thought I could behold such a gift, not till my home planet, Naboo, was taken over by the Trade federation while my older sister, Padmé, was Queen. Two Jedi told me what I could be, how to become a hero of legends, a guardian of peace and justice- a Jedi Knight. I was to train under Mace Windu, a strict and uncompromising Jedi master- but a powerful one. He taught me everything, like how there was only good and evil. Jedi and Sith- I never questioned it, of course. Not till certain Jedi proved otherwise. Anakin Skywalker, the best pilot in the galaxy and the greatest Jedi I'd ever known. But there was more, much more. He was arrogant, headstrong, always biting off more than he could chew. He was strong, brave, and at times unbelievably kind. He made me laugh, and we taught each other how to love. But Anakin was also a man who wanted too much, who cared too much. It lead him astray, away from me, from good into evil. But was it just for evil? The thing always questioned, to this day. Could the universe indeed be as black and white as I painted? No, not anymore. Not from what I had seen and experienced. How could I still love a man who'd fallen so far? If the world was just good and evil- I should hate him- but it was not that simple. It never was.
