The choice is to ether stay with them and everyone in the friend group but they get really hurt or leave with the kidnapper again and no one gets hurt. What she does is leave so no one gets hurt. The night she leaves is her birthday party. She had just finished doing the dirty and then she leaves. She then goes to meet up with one of the kidnappers workers and then gets transported to Ohio. The person who is transporting y/n (your name/ you) is a secret FBI agent trying to help you. Skip time later you've been help kidnapped in Ohio with the Kidnapper and the secret FBI agent and your little sister who you didn't know was still alive. But soo enough you start feeling sick.
