Rose Watts, is a UC Detective and a close friend of Nyla Harper, when the two are assigned to Mid-Wilshire, Nyla as a TO and Rose because she wants to stay with her best friend. Rose and Nyla worked the same case for four years so they formed a close bond with Nyla admitting what happened with her and her ex husband which restricted her visitation of her daughter Lyla.
