Childe being the prince of Snezhnaya, was at the age to marry. He had to find a partner as soon as possible for it's forbidden for a King to possibly rule alone. So, he had to pick a fair woman to become his bride and rule by his side. Or so the prince thought-In the end, he was forced to get married by the Prince of Liyue who has an infamous name in Snezhnaya and probably even the whole of Teyvat. With negative thoughts in his head about a forced wedding and most of all marrying a man, he rejects the prince's love, only to find himself constantly having moments with the prince making his disliking towards him slowly shift into love. ( Author's note: I am actually not super deep within the game Genshin Impact and not so familiar with some of the places. So If I get the name of a place wrong or the characters I am dearly sorry.
