But Stephen is strict, forbidding Lina to actually practice magic and even more aggressive in his need to control her and her stiff attitude. The more time spent with Stephen only makes Lina realise how much she wants to prove him wrong, and show that she can be worthy of working with the mystic arts. But Lina doesn't know what to make of Stephen's hungered looks and venomous words and the more time they spend together the more she realises that her ability to develop any semblance of powers feels further and further away. But Doctor Strange is willing to do what it takes to have his apprentice triumph, even if it means she has to obey his every command.
