Being the outcast of the Seven was never easy. Neither was being judged for his drinking habits, or thought by others to take everything for granted, not deserving his position between the Seven. But what helped was that they never pronounced those thoughts aloud, so Barbatos could act as if he never noticed the cold stares, the judging looks. That was until he came in late to one of their most important meeting. So what happens when Barbatos goes missing, and the only sign that he is alive is the slow and steady beating of his gnosis, connected to the other archons'? ~ Or an AU where the Original Seven are still alive and never died, and judge Barbatos too harshly. But we still love them. PS: as of the 2.6 update, which is the time I started writing this fanfic, we know nothing of the former archons, we still didn't meet the new ones, thus why they might be ooc, but for the sake of the story, we're going to ignore it. I just changed the name of the Dendro Archon to her original one because, for those who will see this in the futur, this fanfic wasn't posted when 3.0 came out, so it was easy for me to just put Rukkhadevata instead of Kusanali :) As we progressed in game with the Sumeru Archon Quest, I slowly started to accommodate with the names, but I left out a part of the lore, only using an information I need from the last cutscene, but you should still beware of spoilers!!!
