However, her peaceful life suddenly comes to an end one fateful day. The darkness that the ancient civilization sealed away breathes once more! As a monster bears down on Tokyo, Sayo's fate leads him to a chance encounter. A chance encounter with none other than the sleeping Giant of Light. How will Sayo's meeting with the Giant of Light influence her destiny and the destiny of Earth? The Giant of Light is reborn after an eternity. Monsters returned to slumber after the Eternity Core was tampered with by a dark giant. Now, the Core is being stabilized by the heroes, the Hikawa twins. Suddenly, An Alien Celebro cuts a dimensional warp and enters this world. This Celebro was chased after by Z and the Tri-Squad. But, Z didn't make it through and was stuck on the said dimensional warp. On Earth, a particular establishment named "CiRCLE" is planning to hold an event. Various girl bands will join. In one particular band named Afterglow, their lead vocalist, Ran Mitake was walking back home alone after the first initial meeting. Suddenly, a monster appeared a few blocks from her location. That event will make Ran's life change for good, that event will mark her fateful encounter with one of the Tri-Squad and its Taiga. (Based on Trigger: Episode Z and CiRCLE Thanksgiving Animation).

The threat of monster attacks fades, and the Earth seems again at peace. Ohara Foundation turns to the stars and heads to space, while its monster attack countermeasures continue to shrink. A Month Later after the events at the start of the year, It is in this new month when "Sphere", an invading swarm of mysterious floating space objects, begins to attack Earth. Humanity loses contact with Ohara Foundation in space and becomes a lone star. Their attack throws our hero Tomoe Udagawa's peaceful life into chaos. Destruction spreads before her eyes and a giant monster appears. With no heed to her own safety, Tomoe jumps in front of the enemy and transforms into Ultraman Decker. "We gotta do it now!" Having discovered the light of Decker within herself, Tomoe pledges to protect humanity's daily life with the help of Sayo Hikawa and Hina Hikawa just right behind her back.
