Ella Miller and her family/friends live in Chandler Arizona. kind of a boring place to live besides going to the Ostrich Festival but that only opens in spring. Ella is 16 turning 17 in a few months and is a junior in high school. her best friend Kaylee Finnefrock is also 16 and a junior. The two best-friends have known each other since they were 4, they met in preschool. The Millers have a huge beach house in Carlsbad CA where they go there every summer. Of course they bring Kaylee too because she is practically in the family. Ella and Kaylee make the best memories every summer by surfing, going shopping, eating acaí bowls, and taking pictures. This summer was going to be by far the best summer they told each other. What they didn't expect was that they met two hot surfers that summer.
