In an age of utter chaos and brutality, Japan created an academy for elites to study in an isolated island. The island is as large as a small country and even acts like a civilization with all the places and facilities you could think of. It is calledd the Bloodless Island or Nation, Muketsujima, where no deliberate murders not suicide were recorded until a mystery started to swallow the whole island.
