After eggman and most of the villains retired everything changed. Sonic and the other heroes no longer had the privilege to not pay rent. In the beginning they were doing fine, but people started to feel powerful, like they are above the heroes and made their life miserable, even in work. Everyone got ungrateful and jealous, heroes were no longer a thing. Most of the people who had "heroish" abilities ended up on the streets, others were barely holding on. Sonic was on the verge to lose everything, when suddenly he got another chance from life. SQUID GAME INSPIRED STORY. COVER IS MINE! Not a sonadow but they will get close eventually. The story may contain blood and/or violent scenes.

This story takes place 11 years after the events of Sonic06. Mephiles was created by GUN to be a better Ultimate weapon but it seemed to of worked all too well that he almost killed the ultimate life form in a fight due to remembering things that happened in another timeline. GUN had to cover it up and seal Mephiles in isolation for five years until being released by Egg man. It's a race against fate at the moment for Sonic, Mephiles is after him and only him. Vowing for revenge on Shadow, he decided to take his anger out on his rival knowing that GUN would send Shadow into isolation, they'd blame him due to him having a rivalry with the blue blur. ( feel free to make an animation based off one of the chapters for those of you reading who make animated videos on YouTube.)
