One day during time off from the competition, Cabby decides to confront Test Tube on her behavior.

Lightbulb, a merobject, finds herself alone for the first time in her life; unable to go back to any place that used to be called home. Paintbrush, who can't seem to get any sleep, takes a walk to the beach and stumbles upon something (or someone) they've thought until now absolutely does not exist. They both know that neither of their lives will ever go back to the way they were before. (aka Fishbulb AU)

OJ is in debt by buying a gorgeous isolated mansion by a lake. He tries to take his mind off of it by taking the hotel residents on a vacation to the house. Uh aaand then something something trife they used to hate each other's guts but maybe they can learn to get along wink wink [sorry I'm terrible at writing the little synopsis bit] I LOVE TRIFE!! This story is inspired by Tipping Point, which you should totally read, it's peak. Fan and Test tube learn from the leader of the alien species that the second egg has been lost and no one knows where it is now. They offer to help the Ethereal Light and go with them on a long and dangerous journey, leaving the show behind.
