Luigi is tired of being in his brother's shadow, after a fight with Count Bleck, he meets up with Bowser, who has become miserable due to the Count. After a conversation they decide to team up and rescue Bowser's son from the murderous hands of Count Bleck.

At Mushroom Hospital many well known doctor's are there helping keep everyone well and healthy. Mario and Bowser the top doctor's often butt heads when it comes to curing a patient resulting in a nasty rivalry. However with all these doctor's, Luigi isn't one of them. as a janitor Luigi always finds himself hiding in his brother's shadow, but who know sometimes things change.

An (probably unoriginal) AU I thought of where Mario and Luigi are the Princes of the Mushroom Kingdom and Peach and Daisy are their knights/protectors. This is a pretty slow burn fanfic of Bowser and Luigi and I'm publishing this story to get input on it and there aren't many Bowuigi fanfics out there.
