Ink is a seventeen year old skeleton. He has a fairly good life until something tragic happened, causing him to become an orphan. However, he isn't sent to an orphanage. Instead, he is sent to live with a good friend of his parents, who's name is Error. Error is a twenty-seven year old skeleton. At first, they don't exactly like each other. Will they eventually love each other? (Yes, I am aware that there is an age gap, that's the point)

Hello! (I haven't abandoned my oneshots I swear, I just lost interest in a lot of my drafts.) Before we start: let's get some warnings out. -Cursing -Some 18+ scenes (I will give a warning, so you may skip over if you want too.) -Generally blatant language for some subjects that may be uncomfortable for younger audiences (Genetalia, Sexual reproduction, Death, Etc.) -Gore I will be going to be giving warnings for these (except cursing and blatant speech as from my point of view it isn't that big a deal,) at the beginning of the chapter, so be warned. The story follows two main characters, Exemplum and Parable. Credit for all the characters mentioned in this story goes to cs . mt on most platforms! I do not own these characters. As you probably know, Exemplum and Parable are versions of Ink and Error, but with more animalistic traits, features, and instincts. This is true for all the characters in the book. As such, this raises a few problems: but those have already been solved. The "bad guys" are considered the predators, and are based off ocean creatures, where as the Star Sanses (Ink, Blue and Dream) take on more of a "prey" role, as they are all modeled after birds. To avoid confusion here's a list of names, as they have been changed. Error is an aggressively haphephobic glitch with no concept of social rationality or patterns, but a strong desire to connect and be cared about. After his strong desire to rid the multiverse of used up garbage of course. Ink is the protector of said garbage, so dealing with that is always fun! He has a stronger hold on social behavior, but more from a cause and effect point of view. His soulessness causes a detachment from his companions, and his choices often lead to a chaotic neutral kind of selfishness. He's a curious boy so of course he found his way to the most interesting out code in the multiverse. Besides himself. Interacting with the glitch never proved wasteful as the glitch always gave a reaction and the artist was always entertained by it. Cause and effect experience and the bit of patience Ink did have earned him a friend with very minimal benefits kind of deal. He'd never had a relationship like this before, so let's just say he's eager to advance further. Of course he can't FEEL it deep down, but as long as he was content and Error was too content, there should be no problem....right?
