Scared and alone, Tommy stumbles upon a cottage tucked away deep in the freezing tundra. Techno is content to live a life of isolation. After destroying L'Manberg, he's decided to settle down once and for all. But when his estranged brother shows up at his house one night, blind and afraid, his world is thrown into unexpected chaos.
