Eric and Maci were once high school sweethearts that thought they always belonged together. When they went off to separate colleges they thought they would eventually get back together when the timing was right. Fast-forward six years and now things have changed drastically. First of all Eric is now a star quarterback for an NFL team. While Maci is a cheerleader for the same team.  These two don’t have the best relationship but they try to get along for their children. But things get more difficult for them as they are engaged to other people but still have unresolved feelings for each other. (This story will have both Maci and Eric’s points of view through out the story.)
