She's been thrown in jail so many times but her rich uncle keeps bailing her out, who's her uncle? Tony Stark. How will this trouble maker fit in with the Avengers?

Steve Rodgers forgot he had a sister until shield found a girl frozen, but alive, in the ice a few miles away from where he was found. He also forgot she was in a relationship with his sidekick, Bucky Barnes. Can she help Bucky remember who he was, and get their relationship back? (After Captain America The Winter Soldier).
