This story is a Passive Nightmare sans x Reader story, and it's about This Y/A (Your age) girl that befriended nightmare when she was younger but had to move away because of her fathers job being relocated. How I picture my DreamTale AU is, we have the village but there are stone walls surrounding it with one entrance in and out that has paths that lead to other kingdoms and villages! At least when Y/N was younger, now the village has been shut away from the surrounding kingdoms and villages with trees surrounding the outside of the walls, and who ever enters.......never exits. But alas, Y/N emerges from the trees to be the first ever person to survive the Forest of mystery. But, when she approches her old friend, he seems, scared. He doesn't recognize his friend.
