When Harry returns to Hogwarts after the battle, everything has changed. Houses have been abolished and relationships have ended. Mandatory therapy is required alongside their normal classes. Everyone has changed... including Draco Malfoy. Once arrogant and haughty, he's now a shell of his former self. If anyone can get through to him it's Harry, who feels more alone than ever. Hey guys, still completely new with posting my ideas but please read!! this is my first fan fiction, but i have tried writing a few books, so, enjoy! on a normal day in the 8th year common room, a few people suddenly appear with a pop. headmistress mcgonagall thinks maybe its time to retire. and the golden and silver trio are, for once in their life, too stunned to hex each other.

*8th Year AU* Draco is abused extremely. He needs to escape the hell of his home and start a new life from the death and evil that lingers in his family's history. He refuses to be deemed evil because of his family. What happens when Molly Weasley finds him in a horrible situation with his father and takes him in? Harry Potter, hero right? Boy-Who-Lived, he must have the perfect home? Wrong. Utter Codswollop. His abuse at home gets so out of hand he's seen on a the brink of an anorexic state without his glamours. Bleeding, bruises, gashes and all. What will happen when Molly Weasley takes him in as well, and is forced to share a room with Draco Malfoy? Will their hate develop larger, or will they find they are 2 sides of one coin? (Note: Draco also has a pet snake in this AU)

Snape turned around, realising that Potter was, indeed, staring longingly at Draco. Snape let go of his collar, watching as Potter stared at Draco, biting his lip. Literally. Potter had only ever stared at him like that in his imagination. Draco looked from between Snape and Potter, a horrified expression on his face. "Mate?" Asked Weasley, trying to walk closer to Potter, obviously taken aback at his odd behavior. Harry boards the train not knowing how his life will change just by sitting with a certain blond. How will Harry react to the news with Draco. What about the whole school?
