Now he was wake up from the Gentek and tries to discover who he is or what he really is and solve the problem...after he killed those whoever know who he really is and now he definitely understand for who was responsible for all doing this...that was him. But he realize to know what he might become a monster...and Satan...and now all he had to do is going out there and do whatever he takes to release the virus in different city or maybe he won't doing it. Now (Y/N) went to somewhere else to find hideout and hide his identity of himself and when he was walk up to the mountain called Arklay and he realize there was something else in this world and something more sinister than Gentek and Black-watch...he facing some zombies...but different zombies like his own world and now he decide to fight and kill...stop who was doing this behind outbreak.

So the world is infected by virus and turn them into undead living and (Y/N) just can't stand here by himself and all he had to do is pack every weapons with him and prepare for a war going on right away and he cannot let himself killed by these things...but whatever it is...he will tries his best to survive in this world.
