When the Sokovia Accords are presented to the Avengers, a divide is created that will split up the team. When presented with the decision on whether or not to sign the accords, Shadow Stark is trapped between her father and her moral beliefs. What choice will the Stark child make? A short story, mostly from Shadow's perspective during Civil War. In this timeline, it occurs between Iron Girl and New Avengers. Marvel characters are not mine but Shadow and Unity (and what other children appear) are.

[COMPLETED 2012 // FOREVER REWRITING] [A New Avengers Story] Royalty sucks, and so does goddess business. Airethena Thordottir leads a life of royalty and magic. But being the daughter of the King of Asgard (that'd be her almighty dad, Thor) does have its perks. She gets to train with the Warriors Three (and the Lady Sif), sleep in a palace, and be a goddess. At her birth, a "blessing" was bestowed upon her: the control over air (which then unfortunately turned her name 'Athena' to 'Airethena'). It's not until years later her gifts become of use, and not mischief (but that's a different story). When Airethena is called upon by Director Nick Fury to bring down a terrible force, a bit of hope arises. Loki and a small army of misfits are causing mayhem in New York, and it's up to her and a new team of heroes to take them down. Tony Stark, Iron Man, is married to Tara. After their marriage, about a year later, Tara gives birth to a baby girl. Shadow Stark is an every day normal girl, except for the arch reactor her dad had put in her chest. At age ten, Shadow suffered from heart failure so Tony implanted the reactor to keep her alive. She used to be home schooled due to Tony's popularity as Iron Man. Now she's going to public school at age 13. she's super smart and super brave. unfortunatly, she's super popular amongst her peers and teachers. she gets special treatment she doesn't want. her best friends, Irene Haggle, and Brian George are always there for her. they are the only people who know about her secret. both of her secrets.... Tony Stark can be hard man to live with, believe me I know. His antics and his crazy ideas often get him in trouble whether it be with me, Pepper, or others. It's not all his fault though...
