"You know one thing we don't have to worry about?" He asked, his torso leaning closer to tower over the table. His eyes were serious, hands folded under his chin. "What?" I asked, hoping this would put an end to our bickering conversation. "We will never die." Who's gonna tell him? "What are you talking about?" I asked, a baffled look spread across my face. Who the hell told him he's never gonna die? I would hate to be the one to break it to him that we will, in fact, one day meet our own demise. "Because," Josh whispered, inches away from my face. "Legends never die."

Arabella Quinton Ashford has a troubled past with the members of Greta Van Fleet. Her early relations with nearly all of them throughout their teenage years never had much effect, but when she finally gets involved with the youngest Kiszka boy, things get messy; she actually has feelings for him. Years later, after a long time of avoiding Sam, Bella becomes a musical reporter, and she reconnects with the boy she knew so well years back. Arabella finds herself falling in love with sam all over again, but she knows he is just as out of reach as he was when he was traveling across the world, all due to their complicated past. She's made mistakes she can't take back, and so has he. As they rediscover their spark, they wonder if maybe their long-time distance wasn't so futile after all. Maybe their admiration for one another was only meant to last until graduation. Maybe being miles apart was better for the both of them.

[COMPLETISH] It definitely wasn't love at first sight. In fact, they despised each other. She considered him a prima donna. He thought she was a brat.

Pretending to be in love is probably easier than the real thing, right? Inspired by a request I got from @doodlingmoose on tumblr; I loved the idea so much and felt it could make a great series. The poem Josh's short film is based on is titled Triptych of the Heart by Catherine Sasanov [https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poets/catherine-sasanov].
