Charles e Max, troppo diversi per andare d'accordo eppure tanto forti da ritrovarsi sempre l'uno contro l'altro. Vivono di questo confronto, di scontri ruota a ruota e occhiate taglienti. Poi ecco un sorpasso scorretto di troppo, qualche parola da dimenticare e i futuri rivali diventano gli eterni nemici. Finché qualcosa cambia. Finché da essere i ragazzi d'oro non si ritrovano ad essere i grandi sconfitti. Since their childhood it was always them, always this two young boys against each other. Nobody knew what they were all these years. Friends? Rivals? Enemys? Not even them knew what it was between them. But could this thing between them become more than it was? "Keeping my distance because I know I can't have you." All these suppressed feelings came back when Charles became a Formula Driver for Alfa Romeo in 2018. They thought that they were over everything that happened but that changed in the moment they stared into each others eyes again. "We play dumb but we know exactly what we are doing."
