After travelling though Kalos without encountering Serena even once and finishing his journey in Alola as the newly crowned Champion, Ash returns to Kanto only to find that he will be attending school in Kalos. The Kalos Institute of Technology. Most of the young and rising Pokemon trainers have been invited to this academy. It is a 4 year course but Ash will be joining in Year 2 as his travelling experiences have already compensated for Year 1. Join Ash and his Pokemon as they embark in this new journey together to become even stronger. There will be a slight mention of other shippings but the main focus will be Amour. Along the way they come across Ash's traveling companions as Serena competes in Pokemon contests and Ash rechallenged the gym where he didn't earn his badge properly. But unknown to Ash and his friends, Timothy, his Raichu, Electchu, and his best friend, Coovers from the International Police, are on a mission to go through the Battle Frontier in order to find Brandon who may have found the Gieldanstone: a white jewel that makes Arceus itself obey the will of anyone who holds it. The two men and the Raichu are attempting to retrieve the Gieldanstone before Team Rocket gets it and uses it for their ultimate plan to finally control all Pokemon and rule the world. 'A Journey's Link' is a tale about Ash and Goh, as they continue their duties as research fellows at Cerise Laboratory. Meanwhile, Serena has been pursuing her dream as a Pokemon performer, and is learning more about how to perform at greater levels. Ash and his friends are invited to a very prestigious pokemon high school in the Kalos region. While climbing through the ranks of the world corronation series, Ash will reunite with old friends (*cough**cough* Gary) and even learns about love with a certain blond Kalosian. And when the bond between Lucario and Ash will reach new heights, will they be able to stop the shadowy figure who's out for revenge? Or will Ash, Lucario, and Serena not be enough? This story will include Ash being extra OP, Amourshipping, Aura powers, and lots of his past traveling companions in a high school. There will also be a little contestshipping and vermillionshipping.
