Akira Ryugasaki is the son of the Fire Dragon Hero: Igneel, who wasn't well known, but was still brought up on certain occasions through the public, and the Dragoon Hero: Ryuko. One day, as a kid, he met a boy named Izuku Midoriya, who was being bullied for being Quirkless. After protecting Izuku from his bullies, the two of them worked hard together to become the greatest heroes in the world. (I'm still keeping the love interest the same just like in the old version. I'm also going to replace Koda just so that Class-A has an even amount of students.)

It all began in China, In Qing Qing City. There was news that a baby that gave off light was born. Ever since then, superpowers were discovered in various places, and time passed without the cause being identified. The world has become a superhuman society and about 80% of the world's population now has some kind of special trait. In this world swirling with chaos, the professions that everyone once admired came into limelight. That profession is a Hero. A boy who was Quirkless admired these Heroes, but it was impossible for him to become one... Until he found a certain device that fell from the sky one day. A young boy is considered a delinquent in school, not following rules, getting into fights and as teachers believe he has no future. But what happens when he decided to go U.A. High School just because his friend begged him to go and when his mother finds out. What dangers lie ahead for the boy and what adventures the boy will have.
