Kiara comes back to the outer banks to spend 2 months on vacation with her parents. The thing is, she decides to bring her new boyfriend with her. When she reunites with her long-time best friends, including her first real love JJ, will she regret the 2 years they lost? Will she choose her old and first real love or her new shiny boyfriend?
