The council is the teacher's assistants, who sub for the teachers, hand out supplies, set roles & work. To Wilbur's dismay, his class' AC is Jared, who is in a relationship with his ex, Rosal. To make matters worse, his grades have an average of C & under, so Jared has to work with him.
