In a panicked hurry, he runs out of the precinct to get home as fast as he can, however before he can get in his car, he hears gunshots from outside the garage and goes to look. There he finds a man with a gun, one person being held with the barrel pointed at them and the other with a GSW in their leg. By some miracle, however, one year after the detective goes missing, he shows up randomly in the precinct to report a crime. The one problem, he doesn't recognise the building or anyone inside of it.
