Purchasing the vaults the Government extended them, not only do they hold personal they can hold many things that the companies hide away. The robots, tanks, missiles, energy, weapons, many more of them in the vaults, and not only that, but the many projects they left behind. Even the most promising project "Power Armor" they left behind was also stored in them. As the years went by the vaults were basically forgotten thrown away, another failed assignment you would say. Until they came the mechanical anomaly came out of no where invaded Earth. The Raptures. Governments around the world immediately ordered there most promising people to the 3,000 vaults around the world, to seek asylum in the vaults.
