After Nancy's death Steve starts having nightmares, He ends up getting diagnosed with PTSD and can't be left alone for more then an hour. It's Eddie's turn to keep an eye on him, when I walks through the door, the sight he sees shocks him to his core.

Or as normal as it could be after saving the world for the numerous time in a row. Though the only one who isn't used to this routine is Eddie Munson. Who was a freak before and now a huger freak who's also expected to just deal with the events that happened to him like the others had. With a group of teenagers who also don't know how to cope its a bit obvious none of them would be doing it in a healthy way. But when Eddie is their reality check that not everyone is the same, Steve is the one that clicks with Eddie the most out of them. Going on a journey of finding things to help Eddie heal, from going to the movies to even binging out on junk food something slowly starts to click in Steve's brain. That maybe it wasn't the girls he was having a problem with. Maybe it was him, who was the problem.
