As time healed the wounds, they returned to one another to face a new adventure, a new life, and a new twist of fate none of them saw coming...

Can 'Albatross' Divit, current Olympic Gold medalist in high board diving, suddenly disappears from his seemingly extravagant and decadent playboy lifestyle of late night partying, after a very public disagreement with a young attractive female journalist. He's branded as arrogant and sexiest by the media, loses his lucrative sponsorship deals, and finds his reputation in tatters. A year later, he returns, looking fitter and sharper than ever, vowing to re-claim his life, stand up to his accusers and defend his Olympic title. Plus there's the the small matter of revenge against the beautiful naive young woman who started the whole chain of events, that changed his life overnight. Based on the characters from the Turkish rom/com Erkenci-Kus. Can Divit is a handsome, powerful, successful Vampire/Businessman/Boxer with a very rare blood type. Rh Null or Golden Blood. He travels around the world donating his blood and raising funds for his Blood Foundation. On the next Blood Moon he will box in an Exhibition match. Sanem Aydin, whose career as a dancer is cut short by a car accident, starts working in Fikir Harika, a business Can Divit invests in. Their meeting sparks off a connection that neither of them were aware of which leads them down a dark and potentially dangerous path with Business rivals and jealous stalkers.

Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!

14 year old Sanem, just received a scholarship for being top of her class, to one of the most prestigious schools in Instanbul. It won't be easy for an average girl from the Mahalle to be in a school like this. Most kids in this school are from upper class families with money. It will a challenge, but she's more than ready. Can is an 18 year old senior at this school, very popular. Smart and athletic. And very rich , his father owns one of the best advertising agencies in Instanbul. Sanem and Can meet, let's see what destiny has in store for them.

Based on characters from the Turkish TV show Erkenci Kus. Can Divit is a Lone Wolf, mate less and living in a small cabin in the woods. His dreams are full of a mystery woman...but who is she and how has his fascination with her caused him to be estranged from his pack. Sanem Aydin has been dreaming of her wedding day since she was a young teenager, but now the time has come and she realises that she's marrying the wrong man. The right man comes to her in her sleep. But where is the perfect groom from her dreams? Does he exist outside of her imagination? Her scent lures him to her but there are others in the woods who have sniffed her out too.
