I don't see a lot of transgender Max stories and I really enjoy them, so I thought i'd make one of my own. This is my first story so sorry if the writing is a bit bad! I'm not exactly sure if this is going to have any triggering content in it so I'll just put the warnings in the chapters! I'll try to keep this somewhat cannon to the actual series, but since it's an AU there will be some changes of course.

It was the last day of summer camp. All of the Children's parents had come that day to pick them up. Max's parents, however, had arrived late to bring him home. David noticed that Max had been very much against the idea of going home. However, David doesn't think much of it at the time. Max may still hate David, but he soon comes to realize that David may be his only hope...(Yeah uh, I don't know what else to put in this horrible description, so I guess read the story to find out more..? Unrealistic I know but please just go with it. After Nikki and Neil help max with his depression and self harm max finally stops after he finds a way to cope. Weighting music. David, the go happy camp counselor, seemed to be nice and friendly and would never kill a fly, right? While in the process, he somewhat exposes Davids to his co-counselor, sending everything into a big spiral. And a certain someone wanted to find out what he was hiding.
