Both Luca and Alberto long to become human, and as her friendship with Guilia grows, they become more humanlike, Luca's parents brings him back to their ocean kingdom and Alberto was accidentally separated and alone again but is going to find Luca again, but their wishes to live on the surface were so strong that Luca breaks free, and in the process, spills a collection of magical elixirs that endanger all of Potoroso to Genova. And powers unlike any have seen and Alberto had become human too and met Giulia and after some turns of events cause a big flood and Gulia's missing parents takes them on a search party for them while the balance of land and water are breaking. They must work together as a team and Luca and Alberto to work together to keep everyone safe while trying to find out their all of sudden weird feelings. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it. What will happen? What is Ercole willing to do? Are Luca and Alberto really in love? Why is Luca so familiar to Alberto?
