I've decided to set this series after Jerome Valeska was thrown back into Arkham Asylum after he created the chaos on Gotham (Season 2). Naturally, his face has been stitched back on by professionals and has stayed on. I've written this as if he has escaped Arkham and is on the loose.

"Where is (Y/n), Wayne? Hm?
