Alexandria Eli Northland is a girl posing as a boy, Alexander Eli Northland, in order to take over her family's company. She is given the position of the Queen's kitten, meaning she has to over look all missions of the other agents and keep everything in order. Between keeping up with her paperwork, running her company, threatening Ash, scoffing at Alois's paperwork and kicking Grell's butt out of her mansion; she keeps it real and tries to find her own source of happiness. Will she find true happiness or will she be dragged down by a certain Earl and his butler?

Ouran High. The school for the richest of the rich. They all have so much time on their hands, they don't know what to do with it all. Alaria Mae. An extremely intelligent (and beautiful) girl who gets a scholarship to this large school. She's a commoner, poor, and doesn't have much time for herself. Alaria Mae had many tragedies right after she received her scholarship to Ouran, so she had to wait until the last few months of school to really get started. Alaria is in Tamaki and Kyoya's first period, and it is there that she meets the two charming men. All the girls are throwing themselves at them, but Alaria refuses to. She accepts the rose Tamaki offers her and agrees to consider coming to an event the Host Club is hosting. Tamaki is very oblivious, but Kyoya knows there is something very different about Alaria.

Alaria Mae's life is completely turned upside down and shattered as a long list of tragedies come before her. First, her father drowns next to her. Second, her mother becomes alchoholic and abuses her. Third, she is rejected by Kyoya Ootori. Fourth, her mother commits suicide. Fifth, a host takes a bullet for her. Sixth, the murderer of the host escapes. As grief and depression take over her life, Alaria fights to find the person who killed the Host, and struggles to find where her heart is, and who she is.
