Four months have passed since the war between Japan and Outcast of Hell. Izuku Yagi is being locked in an unknown facility facing his punishment for his wrongdoing. The world is starting to recover from all the damage caused by the war, but the same cannot be said for Japan. Following the announcement of Izuku's past, chaos plunged into Japan turning it into a city filled with crimes. With the absence of All Might who's crowned to be the Symbol of Peace, villains start to rule the city from the shadow and heroes are nowhere to be seen. The unfortunate child, born as one of the few without any quirk. Izuku Yagi was broken by the world and people in it, including those who were supposed to be on his side. Izuku takes Bakugou's advice and jumps off of a cliff. His neglectful parents realize their mistakes only too late as they find out about his death. As they read through his journals, they along with the rest of the UA family find out just how bad it was for him. Meanwhile, Izuku has awakened in a new world, as a supreme being no less. How will his former family feel when he returns in ten months?
