Rod gets a letter from a Secret Admirer and wonders who it could be. Valentine Special

Basically some short straight to the point "stories". I get a lot of ideas, but not all are long story material. So I thought I'd do a little snippet book.

'Penny has a nightmare that had to do with Swift, and asks him if she can sleep next to him. But what will she do when her nightmare becomes real?' There aren't many Top Wing stories. This popped into my head, so here it is. This is my first story on Wattpad.

The year is 1973. Life is normal on the Island of Sodor. Contracts were being made, and buildings being built. A nuclear power-plant on the Brendam had been built, but after that... all hell broke loose.

It's now been about a month or two since Dusty Crophopper won the Wings Around The Globe Rally. But sometimes, he wonders if Skipper Riley looks to him as a son the way he looks up to him as a father. From Dusty's sudden sickness to Skipper saving Dusty from Ripslinger, these Mechanid stories (from my point of view) follow the friendship between the racer and war veteran, whose relationship will grow to the point where a family spark lights a father-son fire between them with one magical Christmas they'll never forget.

Fire season has been very rough on the Fire and Rescue team, and they find themselves in need of Dusty's help. At least, that's what Dusty thought. When he arrived at Piston Peak, prepared to stay as long as he was needed, he begins to wonder if that was truly the REAL reason why they called him there.
