A man named Phil adopted the two boys and didn't even get to meet the shyest boy to ever live. Wilbur and Techno met him while helping Tommy and Techno pack up to leave. Tubbo and Tommy are found in a box on the side of the street, Techno finds them and takes them both to his home where he, his brother, Wilbur, and his father, Philza, live.
