The nurse stopped the wheelchair, flicked her eyes at me then at the two waiting with the doctor. They've come. Thank god. My life was complicated, it didn't have to be - But I guess the simple part got lost somewhere. Shit happens, I guess. Definitely don't want to go back. Only forward.
