Killer can't feel anything because of Nightmare's control over him. Though, everyday seems like the regular routine of waking up, patrolling, and arguing for each member of the bad sanses. That is until one day Ink accidentally drops one of his vials while he was teleporting to the many different AUs. Killer, who happened to be patrolling in that AU found it on the ground.
